We do our best to provide you with the excellent service and highly effective products to make tidying up easy for you. If, for some reason, you would like to get money back, you will have to request the refund and send the product back within 14 calendar days.
We value your time and care for the quality of our service, so we offer the refund for the products, which shipping was delayed.

We managed to develop perfect cleaning formula, which is suitable for each type of the surface, starting with laminate floors and ending with the carpets. Due to their structure difference, several solutions were found. We’ve tested the products for different criteria to make sure that they will meet your expectations and be safe for children and pets before offering them to you. In case you receive dissatisfying results with our products (surface is dull, sticky, etc.) being used as instructed, we will refund the cost.

Sheiner’s products are environmentally friendly and have an eco-formula. If the cleaner was used as instructed and the damage was caused, we will cover the damage cost.
